ymery.com responds very slowly or not at all.

This can be due to several causes:

  1. Your internet service provider may suffer from technical problems. For this problem please contact your provider.
  2. There may be a problem with your network. For this contact your system manager.
  3. Your pc may be infected with viruses or spyware. Make sure you have a virus scanner installed and your pc is equipped with all updates. Contact your system manager if necessary.

 

 

What size picture can I use in my advertisement?

The pictures will be automatically adjusted to be shown within ymery. The following files can be used:

  1. Jpg
  2. Gif
  3. Png

The maximum size of the picture is 100 kb.

 

How do I register as 'buyer'?

You can register as follows: Go to the homepage at www.ymery.com. At the top right, below the log in field, you can select: "register". If you select this, you will be led through the purchasing process.

 

What are the costs of registering?

To register is free. After registering you have a Bronze-account. This account may be upgraded to a Silver- or Gold-account.

 

 

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

You can recover your password as follows: Go to the homepage at www.ymery.com. At the top right, below the log in field, you can select: " Forgot password". If you select this and enter the emailadress you have entered when registering, your password will be emailed to you.

 

I can not register!

This may be due to several causes:

  1. Make sure you enter all fields marked with an asterisk.
  2. Make sure you enter the same data in the field "Password" and the field "Repeat password".
  3. Make sure you enter a valid e-mailadress in personal information.
  4. Enter a valid postal code in "Postal code".
  5. Use the correct file for your company's logo (see also question: "What size picture can I use in my advertisement?")
  6. Accept the general conditions, supply conditions and privacy statement on the last page. 

 

How can I change data from my profile?

You can change the data from your profile as follows: First log in. Left you will find the "My Ymery" menu. Here you will find the option "My Profile". When you choose for this option, you will see several tabs showing your data. Change the data from your profile and click update.

 

How can I  change to a Bronze-/Silver-/Gold-account?

You can change the data of your profile as follows:   First log in. Left you will find the "My Ymery" menu. Here you will find the option "My Profile". Choose the option " Your Membership". Here you will see your present account and you can choose a different type of membership. You can do this by choosing the desired membership and click "Change Membership Level". You will receive an email with further explanation.

 

 

Why do I not see the data of a company in an offer or a company profile?

A company can choose to not disclose her company's data. Because of this it is possible that you see no data in an offer or a company profile. You can always contact the company through "Send Message".

 

Why do I not see the e-mail address of a company?

You can fence off your company data up from a Silver-account. For more information see the heading: "Different types of subscription" in Help.
For reasons of privacy and spam Ymery does not show the e-mail address of a company. You can contact the company through a message.

 

 

Why can I not log in?

This can have several causes:

  1. Make sure you try to log in with the correct username and password.
  2. Have you forgotten your password? You can send your password to your e-mail address through the option "Forgot password"

 

 

Where can I modify my data?

You can modify your data in the "My Profile" menu. You can find this after logging in left in the "My Ymery" menu. You will find here three different tabs where you can modify all your data.

 

How do I place an offer?

First log in with your account. You will find the "My Ymery" menu to the left. Here you will find the option "My Offers". Choose this and next choose "New Offer". Fill in the necessary fields (fields with an asterisk are mandatory) and click Submit New Offer.

 

How do I remove an offer?

You can remove an offer through the “My Ymery” menu as follows. This menu appears on the left of the screen after you have logged in. From this menu, choose “My Offers”.  Here, choose “Sell Offers” or “Buy Offers”. Now, an overview of your existing offers will appear. Look for the offer you wish to remove and choose “Change”. At the bottom of the page choose “Delete”.

 

How do I modify an offer?

You can modify an offer though the “My Ymery” menu. This menu appears on the left of the screen after you have logged in. From the menu,  choose “My Offers”. Here, you choose for “Sell Offers” or “Buy Offers”. An overview of all your existing offers will appear. Search for the offer you wish to change and choose “Change”. Change the data and choose “Update”.

 

 

How do I react to an interesting offer?

Have you found an offer about which you would like to know more or to which you would like to respond? You can contact the company behind the offer through the button “Send message”.

 

Why can I not find my products again in the list of offered products?

Make sure you place the product in the correct category.

 

How do I know that I am not swindled?

To be sure you are not being swindled, you can take several precautionary actions:

  1. Contact the company at the phone number they have registered
  2. Check the company through the Camber of Commerce.
  3. First order a small quantity before you order large quantity
  4. When the salesman keeps emphasizing a speedy payment, has unusual requests regarding payment or tries to reassure you in a questionable way, you should better be extra on your guard    
  5. Low prices do not have to mean fraud  but be on your guard when prices are unusually low.

 

Where can I report (a suspicion of) fraud/swindle?

If you suspect a company of not acting legitimately you can report this to abuse@ymery.com.

 

What can I do when my transaction is not progressing positively?

When you have bought a product and you do not get (everything) you have paid for, or you have sold something but have not got paid you can report this at abuse@ymery.com.
